Mobicom and Flytxt team up for customer value management in Mongolia

Mongolian service provider Mobicom Corporation has started using NEON-dX, the full stack customer value management (CVM) software as a service (SaaS) from Flytxt, a provider of AI-powered customer lifetime value (CLTV) maximisation solutions.

Mobicom uses the solution to derive actionable customer intelligence and automate omni-channel customer engagement programmes aimed at delivering value-added digital experiences to its whole customer base.

The built-in CLTV AI, analytics, and omni-channel campaign orchestration capabilities of NEON-dX will, says Flytxt, enable Mobicom to scale up its CVM practice and launch upsell, cross-sell, and retention campaigns faster.

Flytxt says its solution also makes it possible for Mobicom to engage with customers on new age digital channels like wallet and content apps. With this, Mobicom aims to increase the adoption of new digital services among its existing voice and data customers.

Flytxt is a technology partner to over 70 digital enterprises across more than 50 countries and top customer experience (CX) platform vendors for CLTV maximisation. Dr Vinod Vasudevan, CEO of Flytxt, says, "Our well-trained AI helps subscription businesses gain deeper insights on customer behaviour and adapt their CX decisions and actions on the fly."

Mobicom Corporation introduced the first cellular service in Mongolia in 1996, and since then has grown to become the leading telecommunications and information technology company in Mongolia. It is part of Japanese telecommunications group KDDI and has a subscriber base of 1.7 million.
